Official Rules
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win.
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Kingdom Matcha LLC, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 3, 2026 at 10:00am ET and ends on September 4, 2026 at 3:00pm ET (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Method: Purchase a MatchUP subscription or the 7-Day No Crash Challenge during the Promotion Period and you will receive one (1) automatic entry. Free Method (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without a purchase, send a 3x5 index card with your full name, address, phone number, date of birth, and email address to: MatchUP US Open Sweepstakes, 23604 Linkside Dr, Bridgeville, DE 19933. Entries under this method must be received by September 4, 2026 at 3:00pm ET, regardless of how they are sent. Limit one (1) free-method entry per person per outer envelope. Purchase does not improve odds of winning.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
6. Prize
Grand Prize (1 winner): Two (2) VIP Club Seats (new lower-bowl seating) to a US Open tennis championships session at Arthur Ashe Stadium, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Flushing, NY, US, 11368 on Saturday night, September 5, 2026, including all-inclusive hospitality (unlimited food and beverages) and access to The Overlook hospitality lounge. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. No airfare, hotel accommodations, or transportation is provided.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or around September 4, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, shortly after the close of the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be notified by email from win@matchupmatcha.com and by phone, and must confirm acceptance of the prize by 6:00pm ET on September 4, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to confirm acceptance by that time, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Conditions of Participation
Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action.
13. Winners List
